A man faces attempted murder charges after he placed a gun to another man’s head during a fight Sunday night.The suspect, Paul David Knight Jr., 31, is charged with attempted first-degree murder and will appear for preliminary hearing March 21. He is being held under $250,000 bond pending that hearing. He could face 15 to 25 years in prison if convicted.Knight was arrested late Sunday night just before midnight after an incident occurred at a home on Moffitt Drive in Rock Island.“When I arrived and made contact with Mr. Knight, he was found to be in possession of a handgun,” said sheriff’s deputy Brystol Davis, noting he discovered during his investigation Knight had arrived at the residence looking for Jason Crouch.
