A woman has been bound to the grand jury after a River Park security officer said she almost ran over him in the hospital parking lot.The suspect, Cindy Lynn Swan, 57, is charged with reckless endangerment with a vehicle and will have her case go before the grand jury after it was bound to the tribunal by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke.Jim Young, Saint Thomas River Park security officer, says he was at the hospital stopping traffic so a medical helicopter could land. He saw a Nissan approach. The officer said he instructed the driver the car needed to be parked somewhere other than outside the emergency room, near where the helicopter was going to land.
