A rain delay was not enough to dampen the spirits of the 34 hopeful Teen Fairest of the Fair contestants Friday night. In the end, Kate Gribble took home the crown and was named Teen Fairest of the Fair.
Gribble is the daughter of Darrell and Jennifer Gribble. She is also no stranger to the crown, as she won Preteen Fairest of the Fair in 2019. She was thrilled when her name was called.
“It was insane. I never in a million years thought I would get this title again after winning Preteen. I was just in ecstasy. It was amazing,” said Gribble following her win.
Joining Gribble on the court are first runner-up Lily Rains, daughter of Johnny and Tonya Rains; second runner-up Katelynn Bratcher, daughter of April Bratcher; and third runner-up Brinlee Vincion, daughter of Ryan and Kylie Vincion.
The contestants who made top 10 are: Macie Newby, Elizabeth Parris, Henslea Carter, Brinlee Vincion, Lily Rains, Maddie Prater, Kate Gribble, Julia Wade, Katelyn Bratcher, and Channing Cummins.
