The following people were indicted during the September session of the Warren County grand jury.

Christopher Douglas Bell was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II substance for resale.

James M. Bell was indicted for resisting arrest, evading arrest, five counts of reckless endangerment, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, alteration of item’s permanent distinguishing numbers, sale or possession of such item, unlawful carrying of a weapon by a convicted felon, three counts of aggravated assault, manufacturing, selling, delivering or possession of a schedule II substance and attempted criminal homicide.

Andrew M. Bond was indicted for second-offense driving on a suspended driver’s license, evading arrest, registration violation and financial responsibility law.

Heath Wesley Braswell was indicted for possession of schedule II substance being methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule III substance being buprenorphine, simple possession of a schedule II substance being oxycodone, simple possession of a schedule IV substance being alprazolam and simple possession of a schedule IV substance being diazepam.

Lorenzo Brown was indicted for criminal attempt to commit criminal homicide.

Jonathan Casey Bryant was indicted for possession of methamphetamine.

Jason Ray Burks was indicted for evading arrest, simple assault, simple possession of a schedule VI substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, vandalism and light law violation.

Rafael Lorenzo Cardenas, Nicholas Flores and Leonel Garcia were indicted for aggravated robbery, possession of methamphetamine, evading arrest, reckless endangerment and manufacturing/selling/delivering of meth in a drug-free school zone.

Tamara Michelle Dodson was indicted for theft of $1,000, criminal trespassing, burglary of a vehicle and theft of property under $500.

Amber Jade Flores was indicted for driving on a revoked driver’s license and seatbelt violation.

Jessica Nicole Gillespie was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, two counts of second-offense DUI, careless driving and texting and driving.

Christopher Steven Higgins was indicted for theft over $10,000.

Nigel Lance Hopkins was indicted for possession of schedule II substance, possession of a schedule IV substance, and third-offense DUI.

Du Ana Latish Johnson was indicted for aggravated assault.

Terry Lee King was indicted for possession of methamphetamine over five grams.

Ian McClure was indicted for manufacturing, delivery, possession or selling a schedule VI substance being marijuana, unlawful drug paraphernalia and improper display of tag.

Travis Lee Moore was indicted for criminal impersonation, manufacturing, selling or delivering of a schedule VI substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin Dewayne Nicholas was indicted for third-offense driving on a suspended license.

Amanda Nokes was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule III substance and simple possession of schedule IV substance.

Austin Parsons was indicted for possession of methamphetamine.

Randi L. Radekin was indicted for simple possession of a schedule III substance being suboxone and introduction of contraband into a penal facility.

Michael Brandon Redmon was indicted for evading arrest, reckless driving, third-offense driving on a revoked license and theft over $1,000.

Andrew Seymour was indicted for second-offense driving on a suspending license, leaving the scene of an accident and violation of failure to use due care law.

Sarah Anne Thomas was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Anthony Travers was indicted for aggravated domestic assault.

Albert William Skinner was indicted for second-offense violation of the sex offender registry.

Scarlett D. Lawrence was indicted for driving while license was revoked.

Jacob Ryan Rochon was indicted for driving under the influence, evading arrest by motor vehicle, driving on suspended license, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault on a police officer, speeding and reckless driving.

Jesse Dewayne Palmer was indicted for joyriding.
