The Warren County Grand Jury handed down indictments Friday, March 7. Included in the indictments were:
• Blake Anthony Adams, Jaylan Dominique Donnell and Damien Owens were indicted for assault and false imprisonment.
• John Paul Belew was indicted for violation of an order of protection.
• Troy Nelson Bennett was indicted for violation of an order of protection.
• Mitchell Elliott Blackstone was indicted for driving on a revoked license, reckless driving, speeding and failure to maintain the proper lane of travel.
• Kelsie Christian was indicted for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Eugene Dixson was indicted for two counts of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a Schedule II substance, possession of a Schedule VI substance, driving on a revoked license and illegal window tint.
• Axel Edwards was indicted for domestic assault.
• John Christopher Elrod was indicted for tampering with evidence, simple possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance and illegal window tint.
• Brittany Kaye Foster was indicted for theft of property over $2,500.
• Travis Ray Gipson was indicted for aggravated assault.
• Cesar Mariano Vallejo Hernandez was indicted for aggravated rape and trafficking for commercial sex acts.
• Sheila V. Ortega was indicted for aggravated rape, trafficking for commercial sex acts, coercion of a witness, harassment and aggravated domestic assault.
• Timothy Lewis was indicted for theft of property over $1,000 and theft of property under $1,000.
• Dennis McCormick was indicted for simple possession of oxycodone.
• Angel Dawn Patterson was indicted for attempted first-degree murder.
• Kenneth Chase Perry was indicted for reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
• Rickey DeWayne Scott was indicted for theft under $1,000.
• Christopher Lee Taylor was indicted for child abuse and domestic assault.
• Michael Tremayne Woods was indicted for possession of cocaine, possession of meth, driving while in possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-offense driving on a revoked license.
All indicted suspects are scheduled to appear for arraignment March 19 in Circuit Court.
