Numerous suspects were indicted by the July session of the Warren County grand jury on charges ranging from driving without a license to murder.Included in the indictments:Michael Cody Mills was indicted on the charge of criminal homicide. He is charged with the fatal shooting of Bobby Ashburn outside a residence on Cherry Springs Road. The motive for the shooting is yet to be revealed.Alanis Cheyenne Cook, Nicholas James Klingerman and Joseph Demon Spivey were indicted on charges of aggravated robbery, carjacking, possession of marijuana for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
