Indictments have been issued during the February session of the Warren County grand jury. Included in action:

Bailey Briest was indicted for possession of meth for resale, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy Douglas Brock was indicted for aggravated sexual battery.

Charlie Conley was indicted for driving on a suspended license.

Roy Anthony Haley was indicted for unlawful drug paraphernalia and aggravated arson.

Tramell N. Harris was indicted for driving on a revoked license third offense and delivery of a schedule II substance.

Albert Hoelscher was indicted for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Christopher Michael Oliver was indicted for aggravated burglary.

Jordan Rattanvong and Hannah Marie Spencer were indicted for possession of schedule I, II, III, IV, VI drugs, and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.

Lynette de Santiago and Victor Santiago were indicted for driving on a revoked license, window tint violation, and resisting stop.

Donald Lee Shields Jr. was indicted for theft of property, vandalism, and evading arrest.

Daniel Lee Taylor Smith and Christian Scott Jones were indicted for aggravated burglary, and theft of property from $1,000 to $10,000.

James Tittsworth was indicted for theft of property between $2,500 and $10,000, unlawful possession of a weapon, theft of property between $60,000 and $250,000, burglary, vandalism, and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Ethan Seth West was indicted for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of meth, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license and improper display of tag.

Thomas Allen Willett was indicted for theft over $500, attempted theft of a horse trailer, aggravated criminal trespassing, burglary of a building, burglary of an auto, and attempted theft of a motor vehicle.

Kali Yuga was indicted for aggravated burglary, vandalism and theft over $1,000.

Kasey Lynn Estes was indicted for simple possession of schedule III and IV drugs, introduction of contraband into a penal institution and DUI.

Samantha Davenport was indicted for vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, DUI third offense, failure to maintain proper lane, and driving on the wrong side of the road.
