A man accused of leading officers on a high-speed chase from Centertown to McMinnville, and reportedly swerved in an effort to hit a deputy on foot, has been indicted by the Warren County grand jury. Howard Eugene Brown has been indicted for two counts of theft of property over $1,000, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, evading arrest, aggravated assault, and driving on a revoked license. Brown reportedly stole two vehicles during his run from the law and was able to elude two sets of spike strips.
