A momentous occasion and the key to unlock brighter futures for 25 graduates took place Thursday night with the Upper Cumberland Education program’s graduation ceremony. Since July, the program has produced 25 individuals who scored passing grades on the HiSET (once known as the GED) test to receive a diploma equiva lent to a high school diploma.
