It pays to be near the action.Three Warren County High School graduates are capitalizing on the Nashville buzz with their new company called The Lease Killers. It operates under the theory a property owner can earn more money renting their home to tourists over the weekend than renting it to someone who lives there every day. Partners in The Lease Killers are WCHS graduates Grant Bullen, Matt Shields, and Alex Self.“Nashville is an unbelievably hot destination right now,” said Bullen, who was in the class of 2007.
