Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Tracy Atterson was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-days sentence for simple possession.

Denis Rauch Jr. was ordered to serve 7 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He must attend anger management classes.

Marvin Eric Barnes was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Kade Michael Campbell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He must undergo a mental health evaluation, an alcohol and drug assessment, and have no contact with the victim.

Veronica Eunice Carr was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and violation of conditional release. She must attend batterer’s intervention and have a mental health evaluation.

Andrea D. Meeks was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and simple possession. 

James Smith was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear and driving on a suspended license.

Gary Tate Jr. was ordered to serve 20 days for theft of services and failure to appear. He was ordered to pay $1,051 to Caney Fork Electric.

Angel Wright was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and have her driver’s license revoked for one year for DUI.

Jim Mullins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. He was given the option of reporting to rehab or jail.

Nicholas Collins was ordered to serve 60 days for domestic assault and violation of probation. He was ordered to attend anger management.

Rickey Hendrixson was ordered to serve 120 days for permitting or facilitating escape.

Jeremy K. Johnson was ordered to serve 122 days for evading arrest, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation.

Sheena D. Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Jennifer Acosta had bond revoked and was ordered to be held without bond for testing positive for meth.
