Criminal arraignment and trial dockets were heard Tuesday, Aug. 13, by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s action: • Matthew J. Haycox pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to six months to serve 48 hours, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
