Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Brandy Nicole Turner had probation revoked for violation of probation.

Christopher Allen Wallace was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation and aggravated assault. He can be furloughed to the TN Rocks program after 30 days.

James P. Delille was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation. He can be furloughed to rehab to serve his 90 days.

Brianna Ruth Garcia was ordered to serve 35 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth, failure to appear, and violation of probation.

Jeremiah Martin was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth, and resisting stop, arrest or search and assault.

Kayla A. Ousley was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI and possession of meth. She must pay a $1,100 fine and attend the adult recovery program.
