General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore

Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard recently by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in General Sessions decisions:

• Dontae Lee Forsythe pled guilty to assault and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and assessed court costs.

• Joey Gage Roach pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

• Jasmin Salkic pled guilty to animals running at large and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs and restitution. This case is set for compliance in August.

• Jose D. Zamudio pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation and assessed court costs. He also pled guilty to open container violation and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $50 fine. He also pled guilty to driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway and was assessed a $50 fine.

• Keifer Gentry Bain pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

• A capias was issued for Nathan Jasper Cantrell and his bond was forfeited. He is charged with criminal trespass.

• Stephanie Drake pled guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 15 days in jail and assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Isaias Eusebio pled guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs and ordered to have no contact with the victim. He also pled guilty to violation of a bond condition and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to stay away from the victim. These sentences run consecutively.

• Alysia Grove had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind her case to the grand jury. She is charged with domestic assault and resisting arrest. The court also increased her bond from $10,000 to $35,000 and ordered her to have an ankle monitor, at her expense, if she is able to make bond.

• Donald Raymond Hargrave waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with filing a false report to a law enforcement officer, burglary, aggravated assault, interference with emergency 911 calls and vandalism.

• Brianna Locke pled guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete a 12 hour anger management course, ordered to have a mental health evaluation, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Zachary Allen Phettplace waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with interference with emergency 911 calls, aggravated domestic assault, and custodial interference.

• Jonathan Max Ramos pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail. He also bound his new case to the grand jury wherein he is charged with evading arrest and reckless endangerment for a plea by information.

• Jeremy D. Stevens entered a best interest, no contest plea on the charges of domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 60 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete the Batterers Intervention Program and ordered to pay court costs. He also entered a best interest, no contact plea on the charge of violation of bond conditions and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 60 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.

• Esteban Saldri Yepez pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $1,000 fine to the 31st Judicial District Drug Fund and assessed court costs; he was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

• Alexandra Majia Chavez pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine.

• Emma S. Cobb pled guilty to failure to yield and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Ezequiel R. Flores pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus restitution to the victim.

• Jose Alfredo Jimenez pled guilty to driving without a license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.

• Ricky Lee Dowell waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with driving on a revoked license, financial responsibility law violation and failure to follow a traffic control device.

• Billie Wannyn waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with driving on a suspended license.

• John W. Adams pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

• Anthony Steven Alley waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with simple possession of a schedule VI substance, simple possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with the intent to resale, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

• John Kevin Bohr pled guilty to failure to exercise due care and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Brandie Lee Cantrell pled guilty to simple possession of a schedule IV substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days all suspended to supervised probation, assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Justin Hale pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation with the Adult Recovery Court, assessed a $150 fine, plus court cost. He also pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively.

• John Richard King waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with driving on a suspended license.

• Alonso Lopez Perez pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.

• Michael Kenneth Lowe pled guilty to driving on a revoked license third offense for DUI and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Malachi Datrey Martin waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with three counts of driving on a suspended license, simple possession, financial responsibility law violation, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

• Jimmy McCormick pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $300 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Devin Blake Miller pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutive to each other but concurrent to a previously imposed Circuit Court sentence.

• Jesus Fernando Martinez Padillo pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. He also pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.

• William J. Peacock waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine, DUI first offense, and simple possession.

• Julie M. Prater pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Stacey Brandon Roberts pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs, and ordered to pay restitution to the victim.

• Hoss Lee Stith pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.

• Jason Ryan Walker pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $300 fine, plus court costs.
