Criminal arraignments and trial dockets were heard on Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s actions are the following:
• Kristian Conley is charged with being a fugitive from justice and waived his extradition. This matter will be reviewed in June.
• Toby Chad Crawford pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to pay a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Ashley Nicole Drake pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Billy W. Fults pleaded guilty to theft of merchandise and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 60 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs and banned from the victim’s premises.
• Patsy McCoy Estes pleaded guilty to a failure to appear and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, plus court costs. This sentence runs consecutively to any other sentence she is serving.
• Joshua Brandon Moran pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• A capias was issued for Shakirra Patterson and her bond was revoked for a failure to appear. She is charged with two counts of failure to keep minor children in school.
• Melody Sue Perez pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, banned from the victim’s premises and ordered to pay court costs.
• Heather Conrad pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to stay away from the victim and assessed court costs. She also pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $350 fine, plus court costs, ordered to attend the victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of litter pickup and successfully complete the alcohol safety education class. Her driving privileges are revoked for one year. These sentences run consecutively. Concurrent to the aforementioned, she also pleaded guilty to another count of domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to stay away from the victim.
• Mary Magdalene Craven pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 20 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to stay away from the victim, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Eane Fann pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Kurtis Michael Grubbs had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated domestic assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and four counts of attempted criminal homicide.
• Joshua Johnson waived his right to a preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with theft of services.
• Shawn Edward Martin waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault.
• Cythina T. Marx pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, $50 fine plus court costs.
• David McPeak waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft of property.
• Scottie Dewayne Muncey waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated assault, and two counts of driving on a suspended license.
• Paul Alexander Myers pleaded guilty to theft of merchandise and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 14 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, ordered to pay court costs and banned from the victim’s premises. He also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
• Talina Nicole Padgett waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with theft.
• William Shane Rambo had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of a schedule VI drug with the intent to deliver, and a count of possession of methamphetamine.
• Erica Jean Roddey waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with theft of services.
• Casey Ray Ross had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated assault. He also had a trial on a violation of probation and the court revoked him to serve his sentence of 11 months and 29-day sentence in jail.
• A capias was issued against Ethan Sargent and his bond was revoked. He is charged with criminal conspiracy.
• Daniel Sarver entered the Second Chance Program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management class, pay court costs and have no contact with the victim. He is charged with domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in November.
• Brandon Shane Stallings pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to pay a $50 fine, plus court costs and banned from the victim’s premises. He also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, $50 fine plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
