Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard recently by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in General Sessions decisions:
• Joseph Burton pled guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Charity Herald waived her preliminary hearing and bound her cases to the grand jury. She is charged with filing a false report and domestic assault.
• James Hodge pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Shavaughn Meshae Long waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with DUI first offense, two counts of simple possession, driving on a suspended license and one count of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Jerry Rutledge pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. He was also ordered to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Angela E. Bain was admitted into the second chance program and ordered to pay court costs, successfully complete an anger management course and maintain good and lawful behavior. She is charged with domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in July. She also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 90 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $150 fine, plus court costs, and ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Julia Bouldin pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $750 fine, plus court cost, and ordered to have an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. She also pled guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These sentences run concurrently.
• Dennis Raymond Burks had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, possession of a schedule VI substance with the intent to deliver, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Christy Ford waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with aggravated assault, vandalism and assault on a first responder.
• A capias was issued for Tyler Edward Judge for his failure to appear and his bond was revoked. He is charged with public intoxication and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Travis B. King pled guilty to indecent exposure and was sentenced to six months to serve 30 days in jail, assessed a $300 fine, plus court costs. He was also ordered to stay away from the victim and McDonalds.
• Cody Austin Martinez had a hearing on a violation of probation and he was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail. He also had a preliminary hearing on his new charges of possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence. The court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury.
• Everardo Martinez had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with exploitation of a minor by electronic means.
• Terry Eugene Mausey was admitted into the Second Chance Program and was ordered to pay court costs, successfully complete an anger management course and maintain good and lawful behavior. He is charged with domestic assault and this matter will be reviewed in July.
• Robert William McKeen pled guilty to violation of an order of protection and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $150 fine, plus court cost, and ordered to successfully complete an anger management course.
• Travis Dwayne Roberts waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine, four more counts of simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia and a light law violation.
• Kelly Leann Sander had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine. She had another case, introduction of contraband into a penal institution; she waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury.
• Aaron Christopher Smith pled guilty to assault and was sentenced to 120 days in jail.
• Rachel Marie Tucker waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with theft and domestic assault.
• Ronald Eugene Welden pled guilty to assault on a first responder and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
• Wesley Young pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
• Toby Meeks had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft of property. He also had a preliminary hearing on a separate case and the court found probable cause to bind his charges to the grand jury. In that case, he is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license 2nd or subsequent offense, fraudulently altering an engine serial number, and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver. He also pled guilty to a violation of probation and the court sentenced him to 180 days in jail and ordered to pay restitution to the victim. This sentence runs consecutive to any previously imposed sentence.
• Fernando Terasas Colchado pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and he was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Norma Julieta Cruz Lopez pled guilty to driving without a license and the court assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Jonathan Kyle McCormick pled guilty to following too closely and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Nicole Dyan Smith pled guilty to driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Valentin Celaya Sosa pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to violation of a license plate and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Eugene Cornelius Driggers II pled guilty to driving on a revoked license due to a DUI and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 8 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• John Tillman Hithcock pled guilty to DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 50 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $600 fine, plus court costs, ordered to perform 24 hours of litter pickup, attend the victim impact panel, successfully complete the DUI safety education class and loss of driving privileges for 2 years. He also pled guilty to an open container violation and was assessed a $50 fine.
• Martin Earl Rigsby pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Angel Wright pled guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 5 days in jail.
• Curtis Frederic Crumb II had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Brittany Foster waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Jacqueline Marie Jones pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 7 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $50 fine. She was also admitted into the second chance program in another case where she is charged with criminal trespass. She was ordered to pay court costs, successfully complete an anger management course and have no contact with the victim.
• Alicia Keith pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to another count of financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Tyson Locke had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
• Carlos Raymundo Monzon Lopez pled guilty to altering or forging a vehicle title and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively.
• Irma Stephani Calderon Lopez pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Robert Mobley waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Cody Murphy waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, speeding and financial responsibility law violation.
• Alexis Denae Ownby pled guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 7 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $350 fine, plus court costs, ordered to attend the victim impact panel, successfully complete the DUI education class, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• Samuel Doyle Pryor pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also pled guilty to DUI third offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 120 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation with the DUI Adult Recovery Court, assessed a $1,100 fine, plus court costs, loss of driving privileges for 6 years, ordered to perform 24 hours of litter pickup, attend the victim impact panel, successfully complete the DUI alcohol safety course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run consecutively.
• Katherine Taylor pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. She also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
