Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Scott Beechum was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.

Jason Scott Hagan was ordered to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection.

Joshua Vaughn Varbel was released on time served for violating an order of protection.

Jennifer M. Bell was ordered to serve 180 days for shoplifting. It was noted this is her fifth offense in two years. She must make $383.98 restitution to Walmart and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Brianna Garcia was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft up $1,000 and violation of probation. She was ordered to pay $55.83 restitution to Walmart and she was banned from Walmart.

Allen Hale was ordered to serve 30 days for evading arrest.

Tammy Hernandez was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

William D. Jamison was ordered to serve 30 days and make restitution for vandalism and assault. He was warned to stay away from the victims and pay any medical bills not covered by insurance.

Gregory Jennings was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble. He was also given the option to report to rehab.

Shelton Sidney Jordan was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for indecent exposure. He was ordered to have a psych evaluation and have no contact with the victim.

Shawn Lynch Martin was ordered to serve 22 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting and told to stay out of Dollar General.

James L. Pennington was ordered to serve 60 days for criminal impersonation.

Michelle Rene Taylor was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Ronald E. Welden was ordered to serve 120 days for theft, second-offense driving on a suspended license, and evading arrest. He was banned from Walmart.

Jacky Lee Whittemore was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and burglary of an auto. He was ordered to make $5,960 restitution for reportedly stealing a vehicle that was later found burned in Cannon County. He was granted a judicial diversion.

Travis Shane Wright was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting. He was ordered to stay out of Dollar General.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Andrew Philip Aubrey (revoked to serve), Cody D. Cagle (revoked to serve), Donald C. Savage (120 days), Chad Bryan Barrett (revoked to serve, but he is allowed to be furloughed to drug court), Wind Dee Joseph Guerard (120 days), Susan Harmon (90 days), and Jason Otis Ward (30 days).
