Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard in General Sessions Court on Thursday, Feb. 29 by Judge Ryan J. Moore. Included in Thursday’s actions:  

• Patrick Allen Ashburn was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs on a failure to report to jail. This sentence is consecutive to any other sentence imposed.

• Korey L. Beckwith pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was revoked to serve the remaining balance of his sentence in jail.  

• Mathew Bloodworth waived his right to extradition. He is charged with fugitive from justice.  This matter will be reviewed in April.  

• Kevin Lynn Boyd was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.

• Kira Clouse pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 day on supervised probation, $150 fine, court costs, and was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. 

• Andrew Thomas Grissom pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, plus court costs, attend the alcohol safety education course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, attend the victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, and loss of driving privileges for one year.

• Allen Lee Hale pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, pay a $750 fine, pay court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  He also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, and ordered to complete an anger management course. These three sentences run consecutively.  

• Curtis Dewayne Kennerly was sentenced to 20 days in jail, plus court costs on two counts of failure to report to jail. These sentences run consecutively to each other and consecutive to any previously imposed sentence. 

• Rachel Lafever pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, plus court costs.

• Larry Albert Lawson pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months to serve four days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, plus court costs and a $50 fine. 

• Kenneth Alan Lewis pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. His probation was also extended six months. 

• Shelby Libengood waived extradition.  She is charged with fugitive from justice.  This matter will be reviewed in April. 

• Christian Guzman Muniz pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve seven days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, plus court cost, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, attend the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education course, and loss of driving privileges for one year. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine. 

• Elijah Murphy was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear. 

• Brandon Shane Stallings pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. He was also banned from the victim’s premises. 

• Marty Joe Cooper, Jr. waived his right to a preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with exploitation of a minor by electronic means. He also has a pending violation of probation, which is set in April.

• Daniel J. Coronilla pleaded guilty to DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $600 fine, plus court costs, ordered to perform 24 hours of litter pickup, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, attend the victim impact panel and alcohol safety education course.  

• Aidan Curry waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury.  He is charged with two counts of domestic assault, interference with 911 calls, and resisting arrest.  

• Ashley Faulkner waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with violation of the sex offender registry. 

• Kellie Fults pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to six months supervised probation, $150 fine, plus court costs. 

• Anthony Wayne Hale pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $150 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. He also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. 

• Dustin Blake Hasty waived extradition. He is charged with fugitive from justice. This matter will be reviewed in April. 

• Alfredo Jimenez pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, pay court costs, $350 fine, attend the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education course and loss of driving privileges for one year. 

• Thomas Andrew Lawson pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license due to a DUI and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to violation of an interlock device and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Arlin Lopez pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours at the DUI Education Center, the balance on supervised probation, pay $350 fine, plus court costs, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, complete the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education class and loss of driving privileges for one year. 

• David Reed Maechler pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours at the DUI Education Center, the balance on supervised probation, pay $350 fine, plus court costs, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, complete the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education class and loss of driving privileges for one year. 

• Bennie L. Myers pleaded waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury.  He is charged with filing a false report and leaving the scene of an accident, with property damage. 

• Shakirra Patterson pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license due to a DUI conviction and was sentenced to 20 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Jennifer Ramirez pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 7 days at the DUI Education Center, the balance on supervised probation, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, pay court costs, $350 fine, attend the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education class and lose driving privileges for one year. 

• Marty Brent Tallent pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 150 days in jail. 

• Juan Jose Terraz-Rodriguez pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, perform 24 hours of litter pickup, pay court costs, $350 fine, attend the victim impact panel, complete the alcohol safety education course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year. 

• Michael J. Tidenberg pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 21 days in jail.
