Criminal arraignment and trial dockets were heard on Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.

Included in Tuesday’s action:

• Kim Mary Bigham is to make a $750 contribution to the 31st Judicial District Drug Fund and pay court costs. She is charged with simple possession/casual exchange. This matter is set for review on April 4, 2023.

• Troy Wayne Fults pled guilty to illegal possession, selling or transport of wildlife. He was assessed a $50 fine, court cost and ordered to forfeit the wildlife. 

• Charlena N. Hill was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear (FTA) and 48 hours in jail for driving on a suspended license, these sentences run consecutively.  She was also assessed a $10 fine plus court cost for the driving on suspended conviction.

• Gerald Comrad Radekin, Jr. was assessed a $50 fine plus court costs for disorderly conduct.

• Joshua Lee Roark was ordered to serve 60 days in jail for violation of probation.

• James Joshua Fred Turner was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear and 48 hours in jail for driving on a suspended license, these sentences run consecutively. He was also assessed a $10 fine plus court cost for driving on suspended conviction. Additionally, he was assessed a $10 fine for speeding and a $10 fine for not having insurance.

• Timmy Jay Barnes pled guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 28 days in jail and no contact with the victim. He was also ordered to pay court cost.

• Brandon Dale Boling was sentenced to 48 hours in jail for violating an order of protection.  

• Christopher Ray Bowden pled guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days supervised probation and court cost.

• Charles Burger pled guilty to a violation of probation and his supervised probation was extended for an additional 11 months and 29 days.

• Trey Anthony Cope was admitted to the Second Chance Program for assault. He is to successfully complete anger management classes, pay court costs, and this is set for review on May 2, 2023.

• James Scott Dunham pled guilty to simple possession of methamphetamine and received a sentence of 11 months and 29 days to serve 25 days in jail, the balance on unsupervised probation, $250 fine plus court costs. He also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and received a sentence of 11-29 to serve 25 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation and a $150 fine. He also pled guilty to violation of an order of protection and was sentenced to 11-29 to serve 25 days in jail, the balance on unsupervised probation, stay away from the victim, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run concurrently. 

• Hunter Elrod was admitted to the second chance program for assault. He is to undergo anger management classes, pay court cost, and this matter will be reviewed on May 2, 2023.

• Mary Johnson pled to theft and received an 11-29 sentence on supervised probation and is to have no contact with the victim. 

• Curtis Allen Lloyd pled guilty to violation of probation and will serve 60 days in jail. He also pled guilty to a third offense of domestic assault and received 120 days in jail, batterers intervention program, alcohol and drug assessment, follow all recommended treatment, and stay away from victims. These sentences run consecutively.

• Austin Dillon Majors was sentenced to serve 46 days in jail for violation of probation and complete mental health counseling. He will be restored to supervised probation.

• Timothy W. Pinegar pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail. He also pled guilty to interference with 911 calls and received a sentence of 11-29 to serve 90 days in jail, pay court cost. These sentences run concurrently.  

• Brandon W. Qualls pled guilty to theft and received 6 months of supervised probation.  

• Anthony Roberts was admitted to the Second Chance Program for domestic assault. He is to complete anger management classes, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, follow all recommended treatment, and pay court costs. His matter will be reviewed on May 2, 2023 

• Miguel Sebastian had a preliminary hearing on identity theft and forgery counts. The court found probable cause on both counts and bound his matters over to the next term of the grand jury. 

• Nayma Martinez Villareal was issued a failure to appear for theft charges. A new bond is set at $3,000.

• Robert Augustus White pled guilty to criminal impersonation and received a $50 fine plus court costs.

• Wendell, Morgan, and Adam McAbee were arraigned on Tuesday, and their next court date is set for Feb. 21.
