Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard Tuesday, Feb. 18, and Thursday, Feb. 20, by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in this week's decisions:

• Landon Wayne Butcher pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail. This is consecutive to any previously imposed sentence.

• Demetria Holt pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to six months on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, have no contact with the victim and pay court costs. She also pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to six months on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim and was banned from the victim’s premises. These sentences run concurrently. 

• Ronnie Dale Lewis pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail. 

• Paul Steven Turner pleaded guilty to hunting from a vehicle and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court cost and ordered to forfeit the weapon. 

• Jason D. West pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, banned from the victim’s premises and assessed court costs. 

• Angelia Carroll pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail. She also pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively. 

• David Eugene Dixson had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of simple possession, driving on a revoked license and a window tint violation. 

• Brittany Faye Foster had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind her case to the grand jury. She is charged with felony theft of property. 

• Travis Ray Gipson had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated assault. 

• Shavaughn Masheae Long waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with criminal trespass. 

• Dennis McCormick waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and simple possession. 

• Preston Pleasant pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to six months on supervised probation, ordered to complete the Caring Dads program, ordered to have no contact with the victim until she completes her safety plan with Families in Crisis. 

• Lesley Nicole Stevens pleaded guilty to vandalism and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, ordered to pay court costs and have no contact with the victim. She was also ordered to pay a $75 fine to the economic crime fund. 

• Christopher Lee Taylor waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with child abuse and domestic assault. 

• Angelina Thompson pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, banned from the victim’s premises and assessed court costs. She also pleaded guilty to another count of theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and banned from the victim’s premises. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Stephanie Alicia Welden pleaded guilty to simple possession and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $1,000 fine, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Benjamin Moody pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 21 days in jail. 

• David Ray Bowling pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run concurrently. He also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine. 

• Luis Angel Guillermo Garcia pleaded guilty to sale of alcohol to a minor and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $1,000 fine to the drug fund and assessed court costs. 

• Ismael S. Morales pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine. 

• Xiaoling Yu pleaded guilty to sale of alcohol to a minor and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, plus court costs.

• Kylie Michelle Berenguer pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. 

• David Lee Caswell pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. 

• Jared H. Kennamer pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $350 fine, plus court costs, ordered to perform 24 hours of litter pick-up, attend the victim impact panel, successfully complete the DUI education course and loss of driving privileges for one year. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a weapon and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to forfeit the weapon. He also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation. These sentences run concurrently. 

• Leonard Kincer pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 34 days in jail. 

• Dillon G. King pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Jess Pease pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Andrea Russell Prifogle pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine plus court costs. 

• Sheila Ortega waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with harassment. Shed had a preliminary hearing on the charges of aggravated rape, trafficking for commercial sex, coercion of a witness and aggravated domestic assault. The court found probable cause to bind her case to the grand jury. 

• Cesar Marion Veallejo Hernandez had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated rape, and trafficking for commercial sex.
