Traffic arraignment and trial dockets were heard on Thursday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.

Included in Thursday’s action:

• Jaime Barrera Rosales pled guilty to speeding, financial responsibility law violation and driving without a license. He received a $10 fine for each charge and court costs.

• Elizabeth G. Bunch pled guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI (driving under the influence). She was sentenced to serve 48 hours in jail of 6 months, the balance on supervised probation, and pay court cost.

• John Anthony Combs pled guilty to a first offense of DUI and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in jail of 11 months, 29 days, the balance on supervised probation, fined $350, court costs, 24 hours of community service, victim impact panel class, DUI education class, lose driving privileges for one year and this is consecutive to any other matters he is serving. Consecutive to this, he also pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and received a sentence of 10 days in jail and fined $50.  Finally, he pled to the following which he received a $10 fine on each:  open container, expired registration, financial responsibility violation, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. 

• Carl Austin Floyd pled to no driver’s license and received a sentence of 4 days in the jail and pay court costs.

• Roy Allen Gibbs was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail and fined $50 plus court costs for a second or subsequent offense of driving with a revoke license. He also received a $10 fine for the following: antique motor vehicle law violation and light law violation.

• Gerardo Hermosillo was issued an FTA (failure to appear) for speeding and driving without a license. His bond is set at $3,000.

• Bryan Ledrick waived his preliminary hearing and bound his matters over to the next term of the grand jury. He is charged with a third offense of DUI and resisting arrest.

• Travis Wayne McCormick pled guilty to a stop sign/intersection violation and received a $10 fine plus costs, seatbelt violation $30 fine and driver’s license registration violation $10 fine.

• Gerardo Santiago was permitted to go to safe driving school for speeding. 

• Kethsana Phommachunh pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and received 8 days in jail and fined $50 plus court costs and pled guilty to a seatbelt violation $30 fine.

• Keith Preston Russell bound his matters over to the next term of grand jury. He is charged with driving on a suspended license and light law violation. 

• Scotty B. Smith was issued an FTA for with driving without a license. His bond is set at $3,000.

• James Joshua Fred Turner was issued an FTA for driving with a suspended license, speeding, and financial responsibility law violation. His bond is set at $3,000.

• James Thomas Utley was permitted to attend safe driving school for speeding. 

• Antonio Rubio Becerra pled guilty to the move over law and was fined $100 and pled guilty to driving without a license $10 fine plus court costs.

• Roger Grover Cook, III pled guilty to expired registration and was fined $10 plus court costs.

• Jeremy K. Johnson was issued an FTA for with driving on a revoked license. His bond is set at $3,000.

• Gustavo Ramirez pled guilty to reckless driving. He was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, fined $10, plus court costs.
