A traffic arraignment and trial docket were heard Thursday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.


Included in Thursday’s court action:

• Coby Austin Cook was fined $10 for drivers to exercise due care.

• Mattison Fults was given two 6 day sentences for two counts of simple possession or casual exchange to run concurrently. Fults was fined $750 for the first count and $250 for the second.

• Scotty Randall Hendrixson was fined $10 for driving while license was revoked.

• Justin Ryan Redmore was given two 72 hour sentences for driving without interlock and simple possession or casual exchange, and he was fined $250 for the latter charge. These are to run concurrently.

• Jonathan Dewayn Rhoten was fined $500 for simple possession or casual exchange and fined $300 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia uses and activities. Rhoten’s case will be reviewed in March of 2023.

• Carlos Ramirez Aguilar was fined $10 for driving while license was revoked and speeding, totaling $20.

• Rebeca Ayala was fined $10 for driving while license was suspended and speeding, totaling $20.

• Brittany Michelle Corvo was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Jacob Ray Debord was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Jessica Margaret Grissom was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding and was fined $30 for seat belt.

• Keegan Reed Hadley was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Scott Daniel Lagoy was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Ashley Michelle Manier was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Juarez Miranda Vitalino Maynor was fined $10 for driving without a license and speeding, totaling $20.

• Sandra G. Panter was fined $30 for seat belt and $10 for vehicle entering through highway or stop intersection.

• Arturo Del Angel Reyes was fined $10 for driving without a license and display of registration plates, totaling $20.

• Lillian Faith Todd was ordered to attend safe driving school for speeding.

• Jorge Mejia Torres was fined $10 for driving without a license and light law in a motor vehicle, totaling $20.


Adult cases and a child support docket were also heard Monday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions.

• Kinnette Adams was ordered to serve 48 hours for failure to keep minor in school.

• April Bell was ordered to serve 48 hours for two counts of failure to keep minor in school.

• Ashley Betancourt was ordered to serve 48 hours for failure to keep minor in school.

• Randall Boehm was ordered to serve 4 days for failure to keep minor in school.

• Ginger Bonner was given two 48 hour sentences to run consecutively for two counts of failure to keep minor in school.

• Casey Bonnier was ordered to serve 4 days for failure to keep minor in school.

• Lisa Childress was ordered to serve 4 days for failure to keep minor in school.

• Suzanna Grissom was ordered to serve 4 days for failure to keep minor in school.

• Amanda Tate was ordered to serve 4 days for failure to keep minor in school.

• Carmen Vargas was ordered to serve 48 hours for failure to keep minor in school.

• Amy Wilson was fined $50 for failure to keep minor in school.

• Steven Davis was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear on a child support case.
