Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.


Joshua Brandon Graham was given six days for failure to appear.


James J. Mingle was released on time served and was told to stay away from the victim for criminal trespass.


Samuel Darrell was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for assault. He must also attend anger management.


Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Kenneth Wayne Rutledge (45 days), Christopher Medlin (revoked to serve), Savannah Bell (60 days), Marcus J. Peregoy (90 days), and Adam Colton Ware (revoked to serve, furlough if accepted).


Lillian Nichole Ward had probation revoked and was ordered to serve an additional six months for possession of meth, violation of probation and failure to appear. She will be allowed to furlough her jail time to Love Lady. 


Ashley Hill was allowed to enter the second chance program and ordered to take anger management for domestic assault.

Billy Joe Sinclair was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.


David F. Medina was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He must have no contact with the victim and attend batterer’s intervention.


Dyestani L. Monday was allowed to enter the second chance program and ordered to take anger management for domestic assault.


Michael W. Murphy was allowed to enter the second chance program and ordered to take anger management for domestic assault.
