Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Misty Newby had probation revoked for shoplifting and failure to appear. She was ordered to stay out of Walmart and pay $24.91 restitution. She can be furloughed to Love Lady.

Jeremy Lee Phillip McClean was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and have a mental health evaluation for violating an order of protection.

Christopher Patrick Allen was ordered to serve 40 days for assault and violation of probation.

Ivan Andres Barrera was given 11-29 probation and allowed to enter the batterer’s intervention program for domestic assault. He was granted a judicial diversion meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.

Courtney Fults was given 60 days of house arrest for violation of probation.

Thomas Bradley Hildreth had probation revoked and was given 30 additional days for violation of probation and possession of meth. He was fined $750.

Justin Michael Morris was ordered to serve 30 days for assault, threat of bodily injury.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Buck Lee Pease (60 days), Stanley Allen Brooks (48 hours), Candy Lynn Edwards (48 hours), Nathan Carl Hale (30 days), Kelli Deann Smartt (30 days) and Shelby Woods (48 hours).

Jordan Michael Kennedy was allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.

Daniel C. McCormick was ordered to serve 15 days for violation of conditional release, domestic assault and reckless endangerment with a vehicle.
