Criminal court dockets were heard in Circuit Court on Wednesday, Nov. 15 by Judge Bart Stanley. Included in Wednesday’s actions:

• Kenneth Allan Bond admitted to a violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 365 days. He can furlough to rehab and spend his remaining time on supervision and be transferred to Adult Recovery Court after completing rehab. 

• Matthew Templeton Broadrick was sentenced to 210 days and ordered to pay $75 plus court costs for theft. He was sentenced to two years TDOC to serve 210 days and ordered to pay $1,000 plus court costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and be put on the elder abuse registry for financial exploitation of an elderly person. Broadrick was sentenced to five years TDOC to serve 210 days and pay costs for robbery. These sentences run concurrently. He was also sentenced to serve 30 days and pay $750 plus court costs for possession of meth. He can serve this in rehab. This runs concurrently with the other sentences. 

• Sean Lee Cope pleaded guilty to VOP and was sentenced to serve 120 days. 

• Shayna Nichol Cornett was sentenced to nine years ARC to serve 250 days and ordered to pay $1,500 to drug court and pay $2,000 plus court costs for sale of methamphetamine. 

• Emilio C. Ramirez pleaded guilty to VOP and was sentenced to 90 days. 

• Marty Ray Richardson was sentenced to four years to serve 60 days and ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for sale of buprenorphine. 

• Christy G. Stevens was sentenced to 11 months 29 days to serve 150 days and ordered to pay $1,100 plus court costs and have her driver’s license revoked for six years for DUI third offense. She was also sentenced to 11 months 29 days and ordered to pay a fine of $50 for driving while license was revoked. These sentences run consecutively. She also pleaded guilty to VOP and was sentenced to 45 days. Stevens was also sentenced to serve 30 days and pay $75 plus court costs and any restitution for theft. She was also sentenced to serve 30 days and is banned from Walmart for criminal trespassing. These sentences run concurrently to each other and consecutive to the other cases. 

• Samuel Luke Thomas was sentenced to 45 days to serve and ordered to pay restitution for VOP. His case will be reviewed in December. 

• Christian Jarod Adkins had his charge of aggravated assault amended to assault and was sentenced to 11 months 29 days and ordered to do 12 hours of anger management, pay court costs and stay away from the victim. 

• Elijah Dale Bush was issued a failure to appear and had his bond set at $5,000. He is charged with assault. 

• Misty Carol Fults pleaded guilty to VOP and was transferred to Adult Recovery Court. 

• Christopher R. Gibbs was sentenced to three years TDOC to serve 15 days and ordered to pay $500 in restitution, $50 plus court costs and ordered not to contact the victim for aggravated burglary. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days to serve 15 days and ordered to pay $75 ECF plus court costs for theft. Gibbs was also sentenced to 11 months 29 days to serve 15 days for vandalism. These sentences run concurrently. 

• Kevin Glenn Smith was issued a failure to appear. He is charged with theft of property and burglary of a vehicle. 

• Joshua Grissom was issued a failure to appear and had his bond set to $7,500. He is charged with domestic assault and vandalism. 

• Colton Whyte Hollis pleaded guilty to VOP and had his sentence extended six months. 

• Vickie Leigh Jones was sentenced to six years ARC 200 days to serve and ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for attempted deliver/sell/manufacture/possession of meth. 

• David Aubrey McCammon was issued a failure to appear and had his bond set at $10,000. He is not allowed to make any bonds in Warren County until this is resolved. He is charged with simple possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

• Miguel Mateo Sebastian was sentenced to 11 months 29 days on probabtion and ordered pay court costs for unlawful possession of a credit/debit card. 

• Christopher Lynn Taylor was issued a failure to appear and had his bond set at $1,500. He is charged with assault.
