Judge Bill Locke heard the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court. There was no court the week before due to a judge’s conference.

Misty Arnold was ordered to serve 90 days for falsifying a drug test. She also had her probation revoked for violation of probation.
Yasminda Gonzalez was ordered to serve 30 days and was banned from Walmart for criminal trespass.

William D. Coleman was credited with time served and given an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He must undergo batterer’s intervention.

Johnathon William Davis was ordered to serve 30 days and pay a $250 fine for simple possession. He also had probation revoked.

Steven Joe Hillis was credited with time served and given an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He must undergo batterer’s intervention and have an alcohol and drug assessment.

Dominick Pimentel was ordered to serve 10 days for criminal impersonation and 45 days for violation of probation.

Manuel Navarro was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear.

Timothy Bice was allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.

Brandon L. Bohannon was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and simple possession. He will be allowed to report to rehab instead of jail.

Brent Edward Boyd was given 11-29 probation for two counts of simple possession and fined $250.

Shelby Lane Johnson Elkins was ordered to serve an 11-29 sentence and told to stay out of Walmart for theft of merchandise up to $1,000. She can have her sentence furloughed to rehab.

Ashley Greene had probation revoked but can be furloughed to rehab for violation of probation.

Robert Andrew Lyle had probation revoked but can be furloughed to rehab for violation of probation.

Tyler Andrew Moore was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for two counts of possession of meth, reckless endangerment, and resisting arrest.

Darwin Nicholas Nunez was given 11-29 probation for two counts of simple possession. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charges can be erased if he gets in no further trouble.

Lacey Angelica Thatch was given 11-29 probation and fined $750 for simple possession and resisting.

Mack Zachary Thomas was released on time served for disorderly conduct.

Jarvis Lee Trapp was released on time served for criminal trespass.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Candy Nicole Redmon (60 days), Anah Perez York (30 days), Derek L. Emler (revoked to serve), Brandon Eugene Locke (revoked to serve), Jeremy Brandon Mayfield (60 days), Bobbie Freddy Phillips (time served), David Lee Thompson (90 days), Rachel Baughman (45 days), Joshua Randal Cagle (revoked to serve), Alana Cheryl Conley (60 days), Travis Hayes (revoked to serve), Tonya M. Jones (90 days), and Dillon A. Meacham (revoked to serve).
