Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Alexis Brackley was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault second offense.

Brandon Thomas Carpenter was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a revoked license.

Kendra L. Bailey was allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.

April King was granted a judicial diversion but ordered to pay $1,090 in restitution for aggravated criminal trespass. The judicial diversion means the charge can be erased from her record if she gets in no trouble during her year of probation.

Melinda May Aramburo was allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.

Virgil W. Ferrell was released on time served and given 11-29 probation and ordered to take the batterer’s intervention program for domestic assault and violation of conditional release.

Mary Elizabeth Hall Flanigan was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Clayton Nichols was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and enter the batterer’s intervention program for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Kayla A. Ousley was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for simple possession.

Buck Pease was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Cory Lynn Ware was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, have no contact with the victim, and enter the batterer’s intervention program for domestic assault.

Shelby Ann Yates had probation revoked for escape and violation of probation.

Richard Goodwin was ordered to serve 60 days for theft and violation of probation. He must pay $33.60 restitution and was ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Kara Clinton was released on time served for simple possession.

Sentenced to serve jail time for violation of probation were Taylor Barrett (10 days), Jeremy Cox (30 days), Dalton B. Holton (120 days), Benjamin Jennings (120 days), Addison D. Farr (90 days), Angela Howell (revoke to serve), and Brittany Joelen Pemerton (60 days).
