Criminal dockets were heard Tuesday, Sept. 24, and Tuesday, Oct. 1, by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in the proceedings:

• Justin Lee Hill, Jr. pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Lisa M. Kestner pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs.

• Taliesha Shanae Martin pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, banned from the victim’s premises and assessed court costs. 

• Amanda Melson pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Damen Patrick Mert pleaded guilty to driving on suspended license and was sentenced to six months to serve 10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to serve six months in jail, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively. He also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $50 fine. He also pleaded guilty to a light law violation and was assessed a $10 fine. 

• Bryan Wates pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

• Angela Wheeler pleaded guilty to allowing animals to run at large and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Michael Anthony Jordan pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to six months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Christobal Amado pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. 

• Zachary Staglin pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. 

• Connie Mason pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to another count of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation and was assessed a $50 fine. These sentences run concurrently. Consecutive to the aforementioned, she also pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine plus court costs. 

• Jennifer Dawn Aldrich pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. She also was found guilty of summary contempt and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Henry Sanders pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail 

• Eric Webb pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was revoked to serve 11 months and 29 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. 

• Kassandra Allen pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal trespass and was sentenced to seven days in jail and banned from victim’s property. 

• Emanuel Onate Angulo pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to perform 40 hours of community service work, assessed a $1,000 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to another count of assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, assessed a $1,000 fine and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service work. He also pleaded guilty to a third count of assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to perform 40 hours of community service work and assessed a $1,000 fine. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Ira L. Bouldin waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault, interference with 911 calls and abuse of an elderly person. 

• Marie Louise Brokmeier pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution, assessed court costs, $75 fine to the economic crime fund, and banned from the victim’s premises. She also pleaded guilty to another count of theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, assessed a $75 fine to the economic crime fund and banned from the victim’s premises. These sentences run concurrently.

• Jerry Dewayne Forsyth waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with sexual battery. 

• Kelle Fults pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 20 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete a 12-hour anger management course, ordered to stay away from the victim and assessed court costs. 

• Jason Daryl Hinds pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 7 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete the batterer’s intervention program, ordered to stay away from the victim and pay court costs. 

• Sean Holder pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also waived his preliminary hearing and bound his new case to the grand jury.  He is charged with DUI first offense and simple possession. 

• Andrew Langford pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced 30 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to another violation of probation and was sentenced to six months in jail. He also pleaded guilty to a new charge of unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.  The new charge counts run concurrently with each other but consecutively to both violations of probation convictions, which also run consecutive to each other. 

• Daniel Allen Mason pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to another violation of probation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to another violation of probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively. He also waived his preliminary hearing in his new matter and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault and interference with 911 calls.

• Bodi Layne Miller pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license second or subsequent offense and was sentenced to 27 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• Jeffery Earl Morton pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to stay away from the victim and victim’s premises, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment and assessed court costs, plus a $50 fine. 

• Jamie Nichole Powell pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, ordered to stay away from the victim and assessed court costs. 

• Jordan Ryan Presley pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 120 days in jail, and assessed a $50 fine. He also pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule II drug and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, ordered to pay a $750 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Sylvia Raymond pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 27 days in jail. She also pleaded guilty to violation of a no contact order and was sentenced to six months on supervised probation, ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor and stay away from the victim’s premises (multiple addresses). She was also banned from social media and ordered not to have any contact with the victim. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Brandon Redmon pleaded guilty to vandalism and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo a mental health assessment and follow all recommended treatment and ordered to have no contact with the victim. 

• Orsandie Reid pleaded guilty to child neglect and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 18 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, and ordered to pay court costs. She also pleaded guilty to another count of child neglect and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 18 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete parenting classes, follow all DCS recommendations and complete her DCS permanency plan. 

• Trystan Richardson pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was revoked to serve 11 months and 29 days in jail, furlough eligible. He also pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed a $50 fine. These sentences run concurrently.

• Jason Steven Simon pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 5 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs, and banned from the victim’s premises. 

• Brandon J. Solomon had a hearing on three violations of probation and the court revoked him to serve his 11 month and 29 day sentence on each count. Each count runs consecutively. He also had a preliminary hearing on a new charge of assault and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. 

• Vondale Eugene Solomon pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 15 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to120 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively.

• Joshua Andrew Sparkman had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault. 

• Brandon J. Tallent pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to a new charge of indecent exposure and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Matthew Ryan Tidenberg was admitted into the Second Chance program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, pay court costs and stay away from the victim. This matter will be reviewed in January. 

• Steven Lee Wade pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, subject to weekly alcohol testing, ordered to remain alcohol free while on probation, ordered to have no contact with the victim, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and assessed court costs.

• Raven Leann York had a preliminary hearing and her case was bound to the grand jury. She is charged with felony theft.
