Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases last week in General Sessions court.Curtis Reed Davenport was ordered to serve 155 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for third-offense DUI, driving on a revoked license, and violation of a motor vehicle ignition interlock device. He must perform 52 hours public service work and pay a $1,100 fine.Danley J. Skelton was ordered to serve four days for public intoxication and unlawful possession without a prescription.Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Heather Diane Polson (30 days), Benito Castorena (65 days), Daniel Lynn Hudson (30 days), Jose Flores Torres (60 days), and Joshua Lawrence Hobbs (40 days).Amanda M. Phillips was given 11 months, 29 days probation, ordered to stay out of Walmart, and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting.Allen Williams was given 11 months, 29 days probation, ordered to stay out of Walmart, and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased if he gets in no further trouble.Ernest Gibson was ordered to serve two days for driving on a suspended license.Carrie St. John was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.Coleen Jones was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $600 fine for second-offense DUI.Robert Regalado was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI.Randy Glen Ross was released on seven days time served of an 11-29 sentence for DUI. He was ordered to pay a $350 fine and perform 24 hours public service work.Amanda Beth Terry was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.
