Criminal and Traffic dockets were heard recently by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in General Sessions decisions:

• Christopher Allen Patrick pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was also ordered to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Jesse Maynard pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

• Terry McNeil, Sr. pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was also ordered to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Jacob James Bell waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with stalking.

• Roman Patrick Couillard pled guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 15 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 5 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.

• Joseph Denton waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault.

• Carlose Hernandez Gomez pled guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days to serve 7 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. He also pled guilty to underage consumption and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 7 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. He was also assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run concurrently.

• Deena Michelle Nolan waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with domestic assault.

• Trystin A. Richardson pled guilty to escape and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and assessed court costs. This runs consecutive to a previously imposed sentence to which he is serving jail time.

• Summer Irene Roach waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with child neglect/endangerment.

• A capias was issued for Kylie Michelle Berenguer and her bond was forfeited for a failure to appear. She is charged with driving on a suspended license and possession of methamphetamine.

• Earnest Michael Cooper, Jr. pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $750 fine, plus court costs, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.

• Josette Lee Flake pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to pay court costs.

• Shelby Lynn Johnson was ordered to go to safe driving school for speeding.

• A capias was issued for John Westley Lamb for a failure to appear, hold without bond. He is charged with driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle on the highway.

• Tracy E. Meeks pled guilty to simple possession/casual exchange of a schedule VI substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $250 fine, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment and assessed court costs.

• Joshua Dwight Pease pled guilty to a second or subsequent seatbelt violation and was assessed a $55 fine.

• Alexander A Reyes pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Timothy Wells pled guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $350 fine, loss of driving privileges for one year, ordered to attend the alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel and perform 24 hours of litter pickup. He also pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation and assessed a $50 fine. These sentences run concurrently. He also pled guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.

• Ricardo Lopez Celedonio pled guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 7 days in jail.

• Samantha Nicole Cook pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to criminal contempt for a failure to appear and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Shana Rae Barber waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with driving on a suspended license.

• Shawn Dewayne Barrett pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail.

• Laura Maria Chavez pled guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• Stephen Charles Embree pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Soga Eneliko pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.

• A capias was issued for Derek Delane Jones for a failure to appear, hold without bond. He is charged with driving on a revoked license.

• Brook Leon pled guilty to evading arrest and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 14 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $350 fine, plus court costs. She also pled guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 14 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and assessed a $150 fine. These sentences run concurrently.

• Malachi Datrey Martin waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with driving on a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle on the roadway.

• Claude Massey pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to 6 months in jail, plus court costs. This runs concurrent with a previously imposed sentence.

• Jacob Parsons pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 35 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $1,000 fine, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. He also pled guilty to attempted evading arrest and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 35 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. These sentences run concurrently.

• James Lee Pennington pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pled guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 6 months to to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run concurrently.

• Orsandie Amoy Marie Reid waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with driving on a suspended license.

• Janel Simpson pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 6 months in jail. She also pled guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run concurrently.

• Brandon Hugh Sparkman waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with DUI first offense.

• Donald Raymond Zierlein pled guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 95 days in jail.
