Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in court action:Quindale Dasean Pollard was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo batterer intervention classes for domestic assault.Timothy Dillon was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.Bobby Earl Jones Jr. was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.Rayford Harvey must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Ulises David Huerta was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Abigayle Miles was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Justin Lee Hill Jr. must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Brittany Leann Musick must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
