Included in court action:Jason Scott Hagan was bound to the grand jury on charges of assault and vandalism.Jesse Lee James was placed on probation for an 11-month, 29-day period and must make $1,176 restitution to A+ Rentals for theft.Dorothy L. Judkins was bound to the grand jury on charges of resisting arrest and domestic assault.Jessica Judkins was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs.Kristi L. Morrison was bound to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.Jess P. Prince Jr. was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of drugs. He must serve his prior sentence for violation of probation.Darin James Perkins was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs.Jackson M. Wood was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
