Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in arraignment action:Elizabeth D. Riley was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must make restitution for shoplifting, failure to appear, and violation of probation.Ronda J. West was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus cost for possession of meth.Deanna Sue Baker was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $689 restitution for theft.Heather Dawn Fralix was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for passing worthless checks and criminal impersonation.Jesse A. McCormick was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Kaitlyn M. Scott was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Larry Kenneth Doak Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of violating an order of protection.Issaiah Wayne Tate was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer classes for domestic assault.Mark Anthony Williams was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for assault.
