Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:Michael C. Reagan was issued an 11-29 sentence for trying to falsify a drug test.James Russell Sain was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution to Kwik Kash Pawn for theft.Chase Cruise Hyder was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.Kenneth Doak was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and violating an order of protection.Laura-Lyn Shea Talbott was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and smuggling contraband into the county jail.Deshawn Lamont Tillman was bound to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault and interference with emergency calls.David Masters was bound to the grand jury on charges of auto burglary, criminal trespass and grand theft.Rodney Preston Moore was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Michael L. Murphy was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and was warned to stay out of Dollar General for theft.Trayton Whipple was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $322 restitution to Walmart for theft.Amanda Gail McCormick was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. The diversion means she can have her criminal record erased once her probation is over.Shawna Dawn Partin was placed on probation for six months and must pay $170 restitution for allowing dogs to run at large.Amie Rhonda Knight was ordered to serve 128 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Garrett Randell Duggin must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Cheryl Ann Forsythe had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Joshua Dennis Foster must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
