Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Derek Wayne Bartell was ordered to serve 90 days for violating an order of protection.

Anna M. Blair was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for child abuse, neglect or endangerment. She must complete a DCS program.

Ernest Lamar Gibson was ordered to serve 45 days for fraudulent use of a credit card. 

Michael Vincent Lance was ordered to serve 90 days for harassment and was ordered to stay away from the victim.

Bobby Allen McClure was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth, violation of probation, and simple possession.

Slayden Edward Moore was ordered to serve 40 days for evading arrest and violation of probation.

Heidi Cripps was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from her record, and given the option to serve her time in rehab.

Dustin Lynn Davenport was ordered to serve 4 days of an 11-29 sentence and had his judicial diversion set aside for shoplifting, criminal trespass, and violation of probation. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Christopher Don Fults was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Hollis J. Fisk was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for domestic assault and vandalism. He must undergo a mental health exam and have no contact with the victim.

Andrew James Goolsby was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Denise Carol Hosse was ordered to serve 6 months for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and violation of probation

Christopher Ray Bowden was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and theft.

James Allen Lee was ordered to serve 30 days for shoplifting and criminal trespass. He also had probation revoked and was ordered to serve a previous sentence.

Joseph Arthur Wilkinson was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He was ordered to take batterer intervention classes and have no contact with the victim.

Marty Bouldin was released on time served for aggravated assault and given 11-29 probation. He was ordered to stay away from the victim.

Katie Edmonson was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Lonnie Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and theft.

Bryan Dunn was ordered to serve 55 days for violation of probation, shoplifting and theft.

Allen Jaco was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Darrell L. Lefevers was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were:

• Ronald Payton Hinds, 60 days

• Joe James Roark, 9 months

• Crystal White, 45 days
