Included in the afternoon session:Billy Brinkley waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on the charge of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is charged with having child pornography on his cellphone that was discovered on his phone while on the job at Yorozu.Christopher Bowden was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for delivery of meth.Larry R. Jones was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and was warned to have no contact with the victim for domestic assault.
