Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:Billy Joe Sinclair was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must make $1,080 restitution for domestic assault, theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.Jason Glenn Deckard was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and theft.Travis Wayne McCormick was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Tisha L. Muncey was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Teri A. Tatum was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and theft.Kent Winfree was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must forfeit his shotgun and pay $150 plus costs for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.James Larry Tittsworth was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, burglary, theft and attempted possession of prohibited weapons.Heather Diane Polson was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.Shelby Yates was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.Donald Lee Shields Jr. was bound to the grand jury on the charge of felony theft.Amanda Lynnette Driver was instructed to serve 14 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.Dustin A. Pedigo was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs for shoplifting and driving on a suspended license.George Guindon was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.Misty N. Arnold must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Joshua Alan Tipton must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
