Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Eva Arevalo was ordered to serve eight days for violation of probation and shoplifting. She was banned from Walmart and ordered to make restitution.

Rhiannon Nicole Barnes was ordered to serve four days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting. She was banned from Dollar General.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Heather Nicole Jones (90 days), April Johnson (30 days), Kenny Bret Campbell (90 days), Aaron J. Jones (60 days), Tony Eugene Moore (60 days), Joseph Frank Bratcher Jr. (30 days), Joshua Keith Graham (60 days), Christopher Steven Higgins (60 days), Jacob Wesley Johnson (90 days), Terry Jason Jones (90 days), Judy Elizabeth Smith (5 days), and Timothy Wayne Wheeler (45 days).

Brandi Lynn Ledbetter had probation revoked for violation of probation.

Nathan Jasper Cantrell was ordered to serve 37 days for violation of probation, driving on a suspended license second offense, and failure to appear.

Robbie Andrew Bates was ordered to serve 122 days for domestic assault, violating an order of protection and failure to appear.

Kenneth Clayton was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Cody Elkins was ordered to serve 48 hours for violation of conditional release.

Skyra M. Ford was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Todd Jones was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Shelton Sidney Jordan was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Malcolm Glenn Lance was ordered to serve 180 days for aggravated criminal trespass, shoplifting and violation of probation.

Lisa Diane Minter had probation revoked and was fined $750 for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Justin Ralph was given 11-29 probation but was ordered to make $1,299 restitution for shoplifting.
