Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:
Joseph Huff Ray was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $900 plus costs for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Eva Maria Arevalo was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.
Tara Lee Baum was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo the batterer intervention program and make restitution for domestic assault.
Dakoda Wayne Chrestman was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.
Johnna Michelle Maynard was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. She must serve the balance of her former sentence for violation of probation.
Naomi Michelle Cole was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession of drugs.
Chelsea Smith was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Todd Schmeling was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.
Mariah Danielle Usie was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for possession of inhalants for unlawful purposes.
Jessica Nicole Burgess must serve 45 days for violation of probation.
Thomas Lynn Cope must serve 30 days for violation of probation. He was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
Kayla M. Reynolds was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for driving on a revoked license. She was given 10 days in jail for failure to appear in court.
Tyler D. McClure had his probation revoked and must serve the balance of his sentence.
Robert A. Norrod must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Jackie L. Pritchett must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
