Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Cody Lee Bell was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and $150 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning he can have his charge erased.

Rochelle C. Briest was ordered to serve 30 days and undergo a mental health evaluation for violation of probation.

Haley Shenee Cox was given an 11-month, 29 day probationary sentence and ordered to return the items stolen to the Sheriff’s Department in two days and pay restitution for theft up to $1,000. She was granted a judicial diversion.

Helen Lee Giles was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay restitution of $88.44, and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.

Dylan Ray Jones was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation. He was given an additional 10 days for failure to appear. He was given the option to have his sentence furloughed if accepted.

Jerry M. Lee Jr. was ordered to serve 45 days and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Johnathan T. Lynn was ordered to serve 120 days for violation of probation.

Ricky Nha Nguyen was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence, 24 hours public service work, and ordered to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. He was granted a judicial diversion.

Franklin D. Nicholas was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Joseph Huff Ray had probation revoked and was ordered to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He was given the option to have his sentence furloughed if accepted.

Jessica Layne Spurlock was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Terry Ray Barnes was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $150 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal simulation.

Terri Marguerite Foucha was given 11-29 probation and ordered to repay $858.50 for theft.

Susan Harmon was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and released on time served for theft. She was ordered to pay $956.25 restitution.

Kevin S. Killian was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation.

Reva May Russell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Eli Kane Tollie was ordered to serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
