Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court. Cody Lee Bell was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and $150 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning he can have his charge erased.
