A 40-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. There was no trial court Tuesday afternoon. Included on the morning docket:Ethan Weismore was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license, criminal impersonation and violation of probation.Robin Mooneyham was instructed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.Gregory Gibson was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must pay $760 plus costs for possession of drugs and driving without a license.Joseph Perrigan was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.James Gum was given a six-month sentence but released on time-served for driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.
