Michael Galligan is pictured with one of his paintings at his art show and book signing Saturday at Magness Library. Galligan sold 97 copies of his book Mountains and Rivers of Warren County with all the money donated to the library.
Michael Galligan started painting as a small boy just 8 years old. It’s a hobby which has endured a lifetime and given him a chance to detach from the often-stressful job of practicing law. “Painting gets you to concentrate intensely on something, which is good.
