A pair of local women are behind bars after the Warren County Grand Jury delivered sealed indictments on multiple drug charges against each of them.
Charlotte Darlene Ferrell, 57, was indicted last Friday on four counts of sale of a Schedule III substance. She was booked into the Warren County Jail Wednesday night, and is being held under a under a $10,000 blanket bond.
According to the indictments, on or about Jan. 17 and Jan. 23, 2024, Ferrell allegedly sold Buprenorphine to confidential informants, resulting in the four Class D felony charges.
Natasha Jade Ferrell, 35, is also incarcerated, after being indicted on four charges of sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. She was arrested Wednesday afternoon, and is being under a $20,000 blanket bond.
Natasha Ferrell’s indictments allege that on or about July 31, 2024, she knowingly sold methamphetamine, a Schedule II substance, to confidential informants. A second indictment on the same charges alleges she also sold methamphetamine to informants on or around Aug. 5, 2024.
Arraignment for suspects who were indicted during the February Grand Jury session is scheduled for Feb. 26.
