A man has been given two months in jail after he falsely claimed his probation officer was forcing him to fondle her.The probationer, Jackey Len Winfrey, 54, was directed to serve 60 days in jail and is to have no contact with the victim in the case. He was also ordered to continue undergoing mental health treatment.The charge was brought against him after he told police his female probation officer had forced him to fondle her inside her office a few months before. McMinnville Police Sgt. Paul Springer said he did his due diligence and approached the probation officer about the allegation.“She said that most of the time Mr. Winfrey was seen in the front office,” Springer reported.
