The Blue Building roof is having emergency repairs.According to city administrator Bill Brock, some rafters from the roof fell and a section of the roof has sunk.“This just came up and I wanted to make you aware of it,” Brock said to members of the Building and Grounds Committee. “We’ve been keeping an eye on the roof, making sure there are no leaks and that type of thing. We’ve been trying to maintain the roof and keep it as dry as possible.
