A man was killed Monday afternoon on Shelbyville Road when a dumptruck filled with gravel lost control and hit his utility truck nearly head-on. Kevin Bouldin, 44, of Spencer died at the scene of the two-vehicle crash. Bouldin, driving a Ben Lomand bucket truck, had just finished work in the area.
