A celebration was held Monday afternoon at Dibrell Elementary but not just to observe a return to school after several snow days. The celebration was to celebrate the school’s ranking in the top 5 percent in the state in improvement, making it a Reward School. “This shows you are working hard here at Dibrell,” said Director of Schools Bobby Cox as the banner noting their success was unfurled before the student body during a special assembly.
