Christmas is about family and Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center has a set of cat siblings that need a home.

“I would like Bouncy and Marbles to stay together,” said Ashley Bouldin, Animal Control employee. “They are brothers and best friends. They have bonded to one another.”

Bouncy is named for his personality, while Marbles was named after his coloration. They were born in May and are 7 months old.

“Marbles wants to be a hairdresser when he grows up,” said Bouldin. “He’s always playing with my hair. Bouncy is a love doctor. He wants your attention all the time. He is very affectionate. I call them Thing 1 and Thing 2 because they can get into mischief.”

Cat siblings are each other’s prized companions during kittenhood. Some littermates bond very intensely with each other. Many kitten rescues and adoption agencies refuse to adopt bonded siblings out individually due to the possibly of separation anxiety or behavior problems.

Bouncy and Marbles have been neutered and have had their rabies vaccination. Their adoption fee is $20 each.
