Warren County commissioners are considering a measure to pay half the cost to reopen the Driver Testing Center, a temporary solution by McMinnville officials that will cost $4,000 a month until June 30, 2017.The county Budget and Finance Committee met Thursday and unanimously approved paying $2,000 a month toward the rental cost of the building, located at 594 Vervilla Road, until the end of the fiscal year. In attendance were Commissioners Terry Bell, chair, Carl E. Bouldin, Ken Martin and Diane Starkey.“There is no doubt I want to see this reopen, the same as everybody else,” said Martin. “I believe everyone in this room agrees with me on that.
