A man who ran from the law on foot and was found with a stolen gun will serve 180 days behind bars for drugs discovered at his home. William Markale Conaway, 21, was sentenced to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. The jail time stems from a search warrant executed by sheriff’s deputies at Conaway’s home on Robert Smith Road.
